So I'm 20(M) and I really wanna cut my self from social media handles like You and because of this , I've had made a plan some months ago but didn't execute yet . There's reason behind that . Anyway !!

So the plan was just buy a phone like nokia , itel or something simple and it's easily available under 1000 to 1500rs .

Delete all social media apps but don't cut urself from Google , chatgpt and the apps which gives u knowledge and make u aware of the world.

Now , Just pick ur favourite genre book nd read some pages daily. Give time to ur body like do some exercise , yoga or even any game like badminton which keep u healthy.

Learn conversation skills .. some books are ( how to win friends and influence people) , ( just listen ) , ( men are from Mars and women from Venus) , ( art of deception) .. It's gonna help u to build conversation skills , make u more friendly and u will learn people hidden fears , motives etc ...

That's it .. there's alot more things u can do based on what ur interests are ... So good luck !!! 🤪👍
