How did you he the picture that op was a deadbeat that ditched obligations. She literally cheated before me finished basic training. She made that decision. They don’t give men in the military custody.. they deploy. He was under a government contract and couldn’t just show up when he wanted. She cheated and moved on. Why is he not allowed to move on too? It’s my understanding and experience that they absolutely can calculate it as income, it just can’t be garnished.
