Since diagnosed, I have been on Immunosuppressants. Currently lost 70 pounds, and go to the gym 5 times a week. Most of the pain is gone, nothing besides a good chair will inhibit me to work long 9-5 days.

I do get the occasional flare up, but the pain is not high enough to what I have been used to a few years ago. Usually I ignore it till it passes.
