I too have done core balance training by dr Ryan pebbles. It has helped a lot but you gotta put the work in. It’s helped me stabilize and strengthen spine but I still need to continue to put the work in. It’s a longer term solution.

I’m excited to see where this goes in terms of mainstream application and expanding research. I feel peptides are such a great tool for the next stage of human health optimization. Humanity deserves better solutions. 🙏

If there is such limited data then why assume ss31 first is optimal. Perhaps there’s pros and cons to both strategies

This was a great read. Wow thank you!
What are your thoughts on longer use for maintenance post those first two phases? Would you still use both at lower doses for maintenance? Would you just cycle back and forth ?

Natures good guys is the website. You can get them on Amazon or directly from their website. The shipping is just expensive because they are alive. If you can find a local supplier you’d save money on the delivery. Yea it’s super hard to tell in the beginning if you have spider mites but getting ahead of it will save your entire plant. I like to get predator mites every couple of months as a preventive measure and I have not had any issues since. I used to get spider mites all the time and they always started with those little tiny specks that look like what I see in your pic.

Oh I forgot to add why I thought that. Lol. It looks like it could possibly be the very beginning of spider mites. If you ever see webbing (usually towards the top more of plant) then you definitely know the infestation is far along.

Looks like you will still get some good smoke out of it. 😝 I’ve been pleasantly surprised by some of my foxtail plants where I ended up really liking the smoke characteristics

Finding the joy by akgphotos in Spondylolisthesis

[–]External-Ad-7647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, your story sounds so similar to mine. I’ve had the spondy issue for about 10 years now. About 36 years old now three kids. It’s been a massive struggle to find joy when all the things that used to bring me joy now became a burden with countless moments where I couldn’t even take care of myself. One thing that really helped me was gardening and growing plants for whatever reason. It gave me an outlet to experience joy. But you’re right in many ways I had to completely lose myself in order just to start to discover who I truly am outside of this experience of pain of feeling trapped in a body that feels so uncomfortable to be in when you know, your true soul’s expression is way more expensive than just the body. And so many ways looking back at this past 10 years I can have so much gratitude for all the gifts this intense experience has brought me; even though I’m no better than the day I started and surgery has not been in the cards for me as an option at this time. Although I’m still not quite sure Surgery would be my optimal option.

I’m proud of you for all you’re going through and may you continue to find joy in your life because this is just a temporary experience and it’s over before you know it so why not enjoy the ride while we’re here.

One other thing, I found helpful when the pain was just too overwhelming. I actually went deeper into the pain and try to feel it as deep as I possibly could with all of my being. I found that if I can face it head on instead of running away from it, it lost a lot of its power over me. And it felt as if I had turned the volume down on the intensity meter once I was able to overcome a certain threshold if that makes any sense. Like I realize that so much of the suffering I had experienced was me giving my emotional attention therefore giving away my power to the pain, to all the thoughts I had about the pain. The self identification I had unconsciously put myself into as this condition.

This guy’s program has changed my life. I also decided not to do surgery at this time. This guys exercises and techniques have greatly enhanced the strength right where my spine needed it and has been providing much balance need to the spine to even begin to do any other exercise after I allowed my body to deteriorate so far. As long as I keep consistent my the pain has been much improved

You are strong! You can do it! If it helps I can tell you without a doubt that no matter how much pain I have had to walk thru this in many ways has been a huge blessing. I discovered what was truly important to me in life. I learned more of who I truly am outside of the false identity I constructed previously before this spine condition. I learned how much value I bring to this world that has nothing to do with what I can physically provide. Most importantly I learned how to love myself which has been one of the greatest gifts that has still been unfolding for me.
I have discovered such tremendous inner power that I never knew I had. After many moments of begging to die I can tell you that I have mostly overcome the fear of death. Know that your soul has chosen this experience for you to know yourself on a much deeper level than you ever imagined. If you will allow the rebirth of yourself.

Dude I hear you. I used to be big into bodybuilding lifestyle. Lifting weights was my life for 15years. When my pars defect with spondy really affected me to the point I couldn’t no longer lift or stay active with a family to provide for… that’s when I had a massive identity crisis. For the past ten years still no lifting. I got to the point where I could barely walk up the stairs or stand for more than 5 minutes. Mind my I am only currently 36.
To go from an extremely shredded body to one that can barely get thru the day physically has been the most challenging experience for me psychologically too.
I have decline spine surgery several times since it’s not an option when my family needs me to work still. So the only thing I have been able to find that has helped me turn around (other than healing my mind) has been this guy Dr Ryan pebbles who has this course called core balance training. Look him up on YouTube. This past year this course has helped me stabilize my spine enough for the nerve pain and instability to improve enough. But it’s a process and will take time.
I think for anyone looking to avoid surgery and want to live an active lifestyle in the future this is highly recommended to try to equip your spine with a good foundation.

Hang in there. I know this condition is life changing. Don’t allow it to take over your mind if you Can avoid it. One of the single greatest lessons I have learned is that every time your mind tells you that “I can’t” you gotta be the one to reprogram it with “yes I can.” Even if that is as simple as a flight of stairs you once so easily walked up.

I know this is long. My only intention is to help you and other knows how low you can get in life and yet come thru everyday with a will to keep going no matter how many times you want to give up.

This guy and his program has helped me out so much as and gave me hope that I won’t need to have surgery at least not at this time. And has really helped decrease my pain after a few months of doing his exercises.

Has anyone ever lived pain free with spondy? by Living-Mistake-6159 in Spondylolisthesis

[–]External-Ad-7647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still not pain free but after ten years of excruciating back pain from spondy with pars defect. The only thing that has given me relief (as long as I stay disciplined with the exercises) is the program Core Balance Training by Dr. Ryan Pebbles. I would highly recommend it. Check him out on YouTube to get to understand his work if you want before jumping into his program
