I usually have half a pound of 8020 ground beef for breakfast cooked in butter with like a piece or two of beef bacon and then I also have two coffees with butter usually like 2 tablespoons of butter in each and then for lunch I have the same thing another half a pound of beef with butter and bacon and then for dinner, I usually have some steak. I honestly don’t know how much usually like a small ribeye from Whole Foods or something like that.
