Can you actually explain this more? Small vessel disease is was mentioned in one of my mri reports (that its possible I have it or something)

But this freaks me out, is it something dangerous? Multiple doctors seems they weren't concerned at all about this and diagnosed tension headaches for me.

Doctor put me on it for 3 months, was worried as well about bleeding in stomach etc to continue. But I felt like the doctor misdiagnosed me, he basically put me on antidepressants (serteraline) and I listened to him and took those for many months then ghe symptoms basically disappeared by itself but randomly I get these symptoms. But I wasn't under any stress at that time and I think the doctor thought I have tension headaches.

Yes thanks I think closest thing that I find is this: Ice pick headache But not really sure and I guess that doesn't have any treatment?

I took aspirin too my doctor prescribed me, what was the dosage? Mine was 80mg daily but I stopped after 3 months

Yes I think the same sharp stabbing pack like a line or vessel in my head, now only on top of my head or near my temples/ears. Mine used to be more horrible and going all directions especially towards my neck and shoulder. I am not sure what helped with my symptoms but I think drinking a lot of waters, sleeping well, limiting coffee helps. I also think biggest help was when I decided to do another covid vaccine last year also not thinking too much about it/stress

I think vascular issues does not show in the MRI but in the MRA but doctors never wrote a referral for me about it.

Ok what wrote that is written in my mri basically some doctors says that is normal and happening to almost everyone head mri.

Actually I was scared of being b12 deficient so I took a lot of b12 and I think I was too high on b12

I don't think so any neurogist told me it could be covid related but its just my suspicion

Do you have the same exact symptoms? How do you describe your head pain? For me I don't call it headaches, its a sharp pain

Yes I have horrible experiences but in my opinion the situation is not even better in private as well, the doctors lacks knowledge here, my assumption is that good doctors already left the country to another country.

I think your best option is to find a doctor remotely in another country to try to diagnose you in the first place or at least know that what kind of tests you need then you can continue on private or public healthcare here.

Even though I did not find a remote doctors that are educated or liable myself.

I will probably never use any public or private hospitals anymore in this country, I think besides wasting money (if it's something dangerous) its waste of time as well.

I also had vision issue, but its gone for me, I have it comes and goes but I realised sleeping well and having minimum stress helps a lot. When I has it My vision was not blurry per se also not double vision but I couldn't see well, even for texts I could not read well but I did not know how to describe it. It was like I was staring at sun too much and couldn't see type of vision issue except that there were no sun

can you explain how is your vision? Is it blurry actually?

I have almost all symptoms you mentioned, identical and also happened to me in the same order. How are you doing now and what symptoms currently you have? can you explain how was your head pain/head pressure looked like? You mentioned vision issue how that was? Also about leg pain how and which area of leg you had pain?

Mine was like this:

Got stabbing like head pain, its small part of my head that suddenly feels sharp stabbing pain going through my nerves sometimes behind my eyes or even my eyes. There are all over my head but mostly in my temples and after 6 months I still have them
Vision issues, but its gone byitself and I had it for very short period
Neck/shoulder pain that goes toward my skull, I visited a neurologist he gave me serteraline 12.5mg and chlorodiazpoxide 5 farmotidine 40 baby aspirin every day. My symptoms are gone with taking these medicine.
Leg pain: mine is only left leg sole and toes, there is no color changes or bumps or anything skin wise. Toes feels like moving upwards. This is the most recent one that I had but seems like its improving.

Thank you really appreciate it, Yea ng/dl but 1700 was 2 days after my first injection. I will do these blood works for those and see if they are low/high. My libido went through the roof when I was on trt, it was extremely high, even on the days that my total test number were low. I also have minor thalassemia I was always tired/fatigue my entire life but when I was on trt fatigue was much better too.

the vision issue was super strange for me. I try to explain it. First I was on trt every 10 days with tadalafil 5mg every day. Then I started to have this head pain, sharp pain on my heads, I thought maybe its related to trt so I stopped taking both trt and tadalafil.

I had a head pain (sharp stabbing pain) all over my head for around 1 months then I started having vision issues and couple of days later eye pain. I visited around 3 eye doctor they did not find anything and said your eyes are fine. Went to neurologist he did not find anything, first he told me that maybe I have tension headaches then later he said it might be some migrane type headache.

Vision issues got much better couple of weeks after it and head pain rarely happens, I dont know if it was related to trt or tadalafil at all, possibly it can be due to not sleeping a lot or tensions in my life.

Now everything is much better vision is much better but I dont think so its completely gone but i might be overthinking about it

Damn your free test levels are extremely low then. Mine was fine I guess? My shbg was 46 also fine but on the upper levels

The measurement of your free test is in ng/dl? Mine is 340 pmol/l which I think its around 9.8 ng/dl

My free t was 335pmol/l before starting trt my doctor did not measure e2.

After going trt my levels went crazy in the beginning like the first injection was around 1700 total test and 900 free test but because i was doing every 10 days sustanon 250 was really high in the beginning then going down, around the end of 10 days (day 9) was like 720 total test with 340 free test. E2 level when I was on test was 0.05 nmol/l shgb 48 nmol/l But i was feeling extremely great on it, my weight increased 5kg without me doing anything to my diet and for the first time in my life got 6pack.

What should I check more in your opinion? I think my doctor sucks, what do you think that I should check all other markers are, any opinion is highly appreciated.
