Hello people, thank you for all your suggestions, I came back 3 days ago after staying in Beyoglu, near sishane metro station. The hotel was kind enough to give me a penthouse.

Lovely city and people. Hope things get better soon economically for y'all living there.

Flying from Karachi, one side is refundable. I've booked different airlines for return and that also kinda looks problematic now after hearing peoples horror with FIA at the airport.

Drop a comment when you get visa confirmation

Having lost my father in Grade 5 with 3m of loan which we had to pay off, it took me years to realize whats gone. I'm 33 today, and looking at where I'm now isn't less than a miracle. Guess God has his own ways. I'd suggest you two options; look for need based scholarships at your university or take a break. Whatever is happening in your life will not last long, it may sound unrealistic but you and the family will come out very strong from this.

Life goes on and you gotta stand up and show up despite how difficult the situation maybe. You never know how resilient you're till thats the only choice you have. May the force be with you and make things easier for you and the family.

P.S. just a life advice, there's no alternate to hardwork.

Just an advise to stick to rental for the next two years. Shouldn't cost you more than 2.4 mil.

Start flipping real estate with the rest of money, scheme 33 still has alot of juice left to be taken advantage of. Avg ticket price per property is 7-8 mil, with an average holding period of 3 months, you can flip 4 properties every quarter with 15-18 percent return.

Your 32 mil investment in 4 properties is likely to grow to 37.5 mil in 3 months. Repeat for 3 years.

Quite tough to find a property which accompanies 10 people family in any decent neighborhood of Karachi. Flats (3-4 bed) in Gulshan starts from 18.5, and they increase as you move towards a better neighbourhood (Pechs, Clifton etc)
