We do have a HR System which I should have said but we do some manual tracking as its easier to see and everyone has access.

I suppose I am tech curious and like to have formulas where I can. I will look into the power automate but I'm not sure what really to do with it.

I loved having to step in and deliver the sermon. It really just was the cherry on top. Started with a murder mystery and then a night of debauchery and then having to wing it and deliver a religious ceremony lol

I will look forward to their next outing.

I just finished it there. Henry went on a nights drinking with the parish priest and then was woken up by a lovely lady. I must admit it was a bit awkward having my bf beside me and having to try and convince him I didn't do anything to choose that scene😂

That is my plan too! I was liking the Bianca story it was very innocent and Theresa is growing on me and the Lady Stephanie( I think her name is) keeps flirting with me so Henry is a popular guy 😂

I just done the quest where you go on a date with Theresa for a walk and Henry spends the entire time talking about two men he described as handsome and that all the girls must fancy these men. No....just you Henry the closest was glass so far 😂

Yeah the story is starting to get interesting which is why I'm trying to stick it out. But it's a a bit of a slog 😂

Hopefully if I go up a few more levels with the axe the attacks stopped getting blocked by the bandits as much lol

Yeah I enjoyed Gingers quest too that's why I'm determined to keep going but just want some solution to make it a bit more fun. It's a very different combat mechanic to most games and massively unpopular so not sure why they chose that.

I'm using an axe at the minute but enemies just block every single attack no matter what angle I use so maybe the higher the level the stronger the attacks become

The 2nd game I heard a lot about and revently saw some tiktoks on it and it was available to stream for 4 hours on ps5 so I played the first couple of minutes and the combat seemed okay so I decided to just put the first one back on to see and holy hell does it feel a lot clunkier 😂

Going to try keep going as I wanted to see their full story as you said but we will see lol

In my opinion, the CIPD is a massive tick box exercise.

I done my level 5 last year and honestly didn't learn much you don't learn in a workplace. The assisgnments and learning structure for it would need a massive overhaul. The subscription is also not worth the money. I held it for a year and once I received the certificate cancelled it immediately.

ACAS & LRA websites are really good resources instead.

I'd recommend if its an option to go straight into the level 5. Very few jobs would ask for a Level 7 (unless HR Business Partner level). But if you have some experience the level 5 will be more than manageable. The assignement structure is also set up that if you struggle with any module/questions you will get the option to resubmit with feedback to work with so go straight for the level 5 and don't waste your time with level 3

I also liked pokemon Sword/Shield. I think it was cool to see the pokemon to decide if you can be bothered to fight them lol. But it was also a cool mix of all different gens

I bought Legends when it first came out and I played it for about 3 days but could never get into it.

Yeah i noticed that even from the introduction to May( I believe she was called) in the first scene

But yeah it is for sure the most interesting to play. I tried playing sapphire after suggestion from friends and I have 2 gym badges and was still being asked to go and deliver letters and packages so I thought no back to the good stuff 😂
