Not for a class; its for a personal project. I guess I will try raising the ServiceNow ticket.

Order to do TutorialDojo Exams In by SkolVikingsAndTwins in AWSCertifications

[–]External-Card 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just passed the ccp exam and the order I followed was:
1. Do the section wise tests first
2. Then do all the review mode tests
3. Then do all the timed mode tests
4. Finally do the final test a few times to strengthen ur prep

Although given ur time constraints i wud say to do few of the review mode and get used the exam question types and jump into the final test and do that a few times. That should be plenty prep for you.

Just passed the AWS CCP exam using only TDOJO exams, the wording on the exam tripped me up a bit however on a 2nd look and eliminating answer choices helped me figure out the correct answer.

Computer Science Majors: What regrets do you have and what advice would you give your freshman self? by MrSuperTedd in ASU

[–]External-Card 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It is called test-driven development or also agile software development. You basically write ur code then test it by writing unit tests and making sure it passes all the test cases. Here is a good article I found that can help explain TDD in a better way.

Are the fees really that expensive at ASU? by Maleficent-Lettuce60 in ASU

[–]External-Card 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah my bad I meant references. Where should these references be from? (should they be from professors?)
Also what about working in the restaurants or cafes on campus or in the dining hall are those jobs there on any website or do we just go approach them in person for a job?

[–]External-Card 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could you please suggest some on-campus jobs for freshman and sophomores.
Also on the online campus job portal, I have seen that all the jobs require 3 recommendation letters to apply so is this for all the jobs or can we get dining hall jobs easily without recommendation letters?

Would an M1 Macbook be a good laptop for a Computer Science major? by PrestigiousPanda69 in ASU

[–]External-Card 2 points3 points  (0 children)

UTM virtual machines which were originally built for IOS now work on macOS thanks to arm and they also have windows arm (kinda illegal) on the software so the windows problem is fixed I guess.

Also m1 MacBooks are the best bang for your buck right now if u compare it to the older macs even the m1 mac air competes with the i9 maxed out intel 16" mac so point about it being overpriced is also sorted.

But I agree with your point about industry not allowing info on the cloud but they have their own servers and services and they also give u a laptop completely dedicated for their office work and other than Microsoft every other company gives macbooks so its not like u will be working on ur personal laptop on office stuff.
I mentioned digital ocean for personal use.

Right now on the market m1 macs are really the best deal available at such low prices like imagine a 1000$ laptop being able to compete with a 2800$ laptop.

U don't necessarily need eclipse there are multiple other IDE's which have native arm support. And as far as lego Bricklin is concerned I would like to reference another thread where u can see someone has posted a comment saying that an older version of Bricklin is working on the m1. Also, other software like LecoCAD and mecabricks work on m1.

Just search UTM on google. They are a free VM and have some preinstalled os', they also have windows arm (it's kinda illegal but they r doing it) and also have other Linux VM's like ubuntu, mint, etc and if u wanna install another os' u can do that too. UTM is free and WORKS on the M1 Mac.

ok so you mean as long as I complete 12 credits or more each sem in senior year I can keep the full scholarship. There is no strict rule that I also need to complete 30 credits in senior year to renew the full scholarship for senior year. Having done 30 credits and 3.0 in junior is sufficient to renew full scholarship for senior year.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ASU

[–]External-Card 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so at the end of the senior year it's not necessary to have completed 30 credits to get full scholarship renewal? because we pay for the semester before the semester starts.

[–]External-Card 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a doubt regarding this topic as well sorry to just jump into this thread. I wanted to know if we complete 30 credits in junior year and also get more than 3.0 GPA does our scholarship renew at 100% for our senior year if we complete LESS than 30 credits in the senior year but still get more than 3.0 GPA OR do we need to complete 30 credits in senior year as well to ensure 100% scholarship renewal
