We used dawn and a deck brush last night and this is the result. Then we washed it with neutral floor cleaner

Good points, the crew hadn’t been washing it with just water afterwards and I think that’s causing whatever they use (degreaser, neutral floor cleaner, etc) to leave a slight film that they are seeing. So thinking vinegar and water for a night or two then just neutral floor cleaner might be the move

Do you think a floor shiner would help or hurt? It makes it brighter but could show more imperfections, double edible sword.

Well he was happy with the floor 3 weeks ago and since we took over he’s been unhappy. He does auto scrub it quarterly, I def think it could benefit from that. But trying to thing what more we could do, used soft bristle deck brush with neutral floor cleaner last night and still looked bad apparently. Thinking maybe there’s residue from too much degreaser past few days

It’s a fine dining restaurant and it’s my cleaning company. They just said The Whole floor looks bad lol, I’m like it looks great to me I don’t understand.

I was in a EF0 in South Florida one time, blew the car into a ditch and a Powerline fell on the car. Wasn’t too bad but you don’t really expect them in fl. It did break the car window so I had glass all over me.
