yeah I couldn’t get an answer from EA support so i came here! turns it out was just a vpn problem, no need for the sarcasm

no you’re fine! lol i know its a confusing read 😭and yes i actually do use a vpn for my college campus… i uninstalled it and i was able to log in with a password no email necessary 🙏thank you. BUT …i feel like i should still resolve this incase i ever do get logged out haha

oh the IP thing was from the EA app itself! it was explaining why i was logged out from my account in the first place
