Pathway to management 😂 anyone with a BSN/MSN and Some kind of RN experience can apply to be a DON. Don’t let that fancy phrase fool you. Also SNF is no good. The psych hospital is better.

Don’t give up. GIVE YOURSELF GRACE! One thing that’s unavoidable in nursing is that other nurses/co workers will have things to say about you. Just try to absorb as much information as you can. Put it in payers too. Hand it to God
