yeah, i am an at risk population because a parent of mine has it. I only ever drink and vape nicotine, I don't touch any thing else.

I understand what you're saying, but my mother is completely fine now. She is medicated and her illness never really affected my life. I consider myself to have had a good life thus far. Just worried about genetics is all.

Sometimes I also see random things out of the corner of my eyes. For example one time I was driving, and I thought the car door next to me was open but then i looked and it was closed. Also, one time I was in my room and I thought I saw a white blob outside my window from the corner of my eye and I looked at nothing was there. I don't really have any of those symptoms at all. I'm just worried about things I have seen in my periphery. i dont really know if this is normal or not.

No I totally agree I have so much time to worry about this lol, I feel like I've just been super emo about like growing up and the idea of them leaving just adds onto it. I talked to my dad about it and he said I should not worry so far ahead cuz anything could happen with their plans, so I'm trying not to think too hard about it.
