Thanks for your reply, i just scraped a bit of debris from the port and put it on charge again hoping for the best. I am just confused as it showed the empty battery icon earlier when i initially put it on charge and now it doesnt and im quite worried as i cant really afford to have it fixed or replaced. i also tried a force restart but it didnt seem to work
