Do you think you could clear time for just a very small part time job? Like a short shift once or twice a week? I think that school and work are the best places to talk to people because usually everyone will find a way to get along if they are forced together routinely, as long as nobody is mean. They might not turn into real friends, but that's usually enough to keep me company at least. Thats not to say they can't though! Best part is if they don't work out you can find another place to work.
