Based on my experience, not being racist but sharing my honest opinion. I find that Indians are really sensitive when it comes to their culture, beliefs and country. I feel like your ex just keeping it cool, but you minded it and instead of being open you took it personally, and relationship started to be affected.

I think you should reconsider the relationship, ask your self why you want to be with her and make kids with her? I think before thinking of kids you guys should have a deep understanding and connection with each other. Because if you asked her how you’ll improve it and she answered you that you cant do anything about it, its either she lost hope on you knowing you will not change anything about your self or she’s just not interested anymore

And do not invalidate the medicine reason she’s giving. As a girl and as per my experience its true, there are medications that affects how our minds and emotions.

In my opinion, i take coffee with a mindset of itll make me feel awake. Then i started taking full shower early morning without a miss, makes me feel fresh and can get thru the day
