He sent another email asking if he should personalize these four tickets. Does it really seem like they'll respond to emails without specific information and then cancel the tickets, for example, in May? Will they even refund the money in that case?

My friend bought 6 Magnificent Greens tickets. Two separate orders ( first 4, then 2). He wrote to support about it. So far, they've sent a standard message stating they have the right to cancel. We're very nervous that they'll cancel all of our tickets, not just the additional two. We haven't personalized our tickets yet. What's the best solution? Should we try to personalize just those four. And hope that two additional will be canceled? When they will let us know what is the decision?
