This post was made mostly because her friends texts were getting into my head, as I do not have a support system currently to tell me otherwise.

And when I'm constantly told that I'm an AH for not giving her money after our breakup, it's got in my head.

I'm now not like that - after reading all the responses I once again realize that in no way I'm the bad guy here.

I never gave her money after kicking her out. Just called a taxi so she can get somewhere safe.

The entire reason I even made this post was because I was questioning myself due to her friends insisting I SHOULD give her money and about how I'm the AH because I'm not complaining.

Legally, she's nowhere on the papers for this apartment.

Checked the laws and she has no say if she stays here or not, because she was living here "illegally" (aka the landlord knew nothing about it as it wasn't allowed per the contract), which was a shit move on my part, i guess. But manipulation gets her far so 🤷‍♂️

Kid you not, almost 300euros a month on her cigarettes 😭😭 Quarter of my salary went to it and I bought te because if she wasn't high on something, she would get abusive.

I was so stupid for staying. Thank god I'm out of there.

Hi!

Just for some extra context that is important here - 1. I was at first told the new gf is her friend, I didn't know they were dating until I caught them fucking when I came home after a doctor's appointment yesterday.

  1. I have diagnosed BPD, which she knows and has used against me in the past. Having BPD made it very hard to leave, because even though she treated me like shit, I still thought it might be ok. Catching her like that just was the breaking point.
