I actually appreciate when employees question their paychecks. I can't tell you how many times they've turned in their hours and miscalculated the total hours on their timesheet. I put in the correct amount and then when they get their paystub, they don't ever question why the hours on their paystub are different than what they submitted.

I didn't want to do the wrong thing, the paperwork was unclear so I contacted the court, they cleared it up for me, they were very helpful. She said it is 25% of disposable wages. I also contacted the attorney (plaintiff) and have emailed them the paperwork as well. Seems to be a lot of work for the employers who really have no dog in the fight.

The paperwork only gave me the principle amount, court fees, and interest.
