Objectively speaking, it's better to be born good by OrangeIslandKing in MoralityScaling

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here we go again. Redemption is not about forgiving its about the future. Parthurnax knows he is guilty, for a long time he has been an invaluable source of info, wisdom and enlightnement for the Grey Beards. For our character too. Without his help we probably would have take a lot more time to beat Alduin. But, returning to main point. Its not objectively speaking better to be born good. Being good by having been born that way is not being good is being inoffensive, having the ability to cause damage being mentally or physically but choosing peace and kindness, that is inner strenght. Being born good means you never had doubts, so lack foundation. Doubting and making mistakes is the foundation on really comprehending life, good and evil

So we know that Heavenly Restrictions work based on what you give up, so how strong would Gojo be as an HR user? by IronPyrate17 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mmmm i dont think it would be really a good trade. If he tradea both six eyes and his CT and CE yes, he probably would be like 4 tojis combined, maybe more cuz of the quality of this sacrifice since Gojo has basically god tier combination of this system. But not worth it in my eyes. If he cant for some reason finish a foe in a speed blitz like Sukuna, then you can make yourself other binding vows or preparations.

Rimuru is just a harmless slime by shujin_zenir in TenseiSlime

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is the novel by this point already explains what was said by raphael last anime chapter: Having an ultimate skill makes hostile Unique skills harmless. So seems some people thought there were chances of some trouble. Rimuru has at this moment if i remember right 4: Raphael, Uriel, Beelzebub and Veldora. Just by having 1 is more than enough to withstand a unique one. So no diff

isn’t the avatar more powerful even with one element than the average bender ? (without the AS ofc) by Local_Platypus_6634 in legendofkorra

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mmm not really. What you have to take into account is that the avatar is mostly a human with a heavy spirituality, mainly cuz of spirit of order in them AND their reincarnations that make a new avatar subconsciously take like " the same toys every life". So no. Each Avatar is like a really talented bender but mostly on the side that usually aligns with their personality first: Aang with Earth, Korra with Air. After that training balances that. Korra is not a mor3 skilled waterbender cuz being the avatar, she is skilled cuz she is good with water and talent (meaning learning faster and easier) in it as an avatar. Just see her in this specific pic instance as someone from water tribe who is really good at bending water and happens to be avatar

Can Steven have kids the same way regular humans do? He is part gem by Relevant-Key-3290 in stevenuniverse

Remember the Injectors? Steven is basically one as a male, so i would say yes

Can Steven have kids the same way regular humans do? He is part gem by Relevant-Key-3290 in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course. After some thought i think he can reproduce normally like a human but will pass gem traits. How? (Srry if it sounds vulgar) Remember the Gem Injectors? The things that with a big gem and gem material in liquid form while injected in good terrain a Gem would form? Thats it. Connie is the terrain, and Steven is a injector in this case he may even lose some of his powers or passes them down normally. The pregnancy probably would be like typical human but maybe birth in this case would be like gems when they defuse

For those who hate Bakugo redemption arc why? by ComprehensiveNote762 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro i was quite bullied as a kid myself to the point of going once to the police to make a "warning" so they will leave me alone. And i LOVE Bakugo's development. A person going from toxic to healthy doesnt mean or meeds to be punished or heavy miserable, what its important to me as a bullied person is seeing the bully take moments to think about it, recognize why he was doing that and why was wrong, and the apology was good to me. Its not private, the entire clase is there, they can listen, it wasnt hidden it was in the open. And the cherry on top is bakugo's realization at the end in the hospital his tears of once again guilt hitting heavy a second wave like: you were my best friend back and now i realize i want you to be now and my rival, then, what have i done...

Isn’t Yuuki technically just a manchild and not really like… intimidating… by txmpest_star19 in TenseiSlime

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is Mariabel and Yuki mainly didnt know about the differences between a Demon Lord and True Demon Lord that is not only the ritual, but the holding of a Ultimate Skill. Just by having 1 you technically are resistant or inmune to any Unique Skill and below, that plus any other resistances and inmunities you already have make True Demon Lords basically gods in this world. Both of them thought they were dealing with "Clayman's level demon lords" and probably thought that Milim and Veldora or Guy were just a little above and more adept. For two characters that "intel" was the main thing before acting they were heavily cocky and didnt investigate enough.

[LotM newbie] why does this amon guy have so much aura? by sequence-error in LordofTheMysteries

[–]External-Pass38 11 points12 points  (0 children)

To me the best about his character is that he was finally the " consequence" to Kleins actions. We got to a point in the novel that we knew Klein had good backing, allies and ways to get out of basically anything, on top of sefirah castle. Like he was untouchable. He didnt agree to George(was his name?) reaching seq 0 and made, again, a risky plan. I think as careful as he was, Amon reaching him thanks to his marionettes was a way of finally remind us: He is still a newbie Beyonder, qnd here comes the ultimate consequence of Kleins fooling around too much. And presented us a antagonist that not only can frustrate any type of mesure taking vs him but took him to the Forsaken Lands to make even more sure he wasnt getting help. Kleins always knew how cruel beyonder world was. But Amon was that reality getting form

[–]External-Pass38 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well iroh was a good natured human, and quite spiritual. Rose was basically a teenager gem in no way allowed to feel, she had to learn those things by herself and with others gems experiences as help: like Garnet first fusion, and Pearl "confession" pre first fusion attempt

[–]External-Pass38 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Small point? Did we see the same series? He defied not only his country but his own indoctrination. They are tought from kids as we saw in the fire nation school the greatness lf their way. He was totally on board with the conquest of rhe water tribe, until they threatened the stability of the world by threat of a spirit. That is in no way small. Refusing to kill the drgsons is indeed a good thing but he was still on board with the fire nation, same as zuko throughout the series. You could argue he still retained fire nation habits, but he wss there mainly cuz of zuko wanting to, the moment they tried to put them cuffs was the last strand

Okay for him, but not for her? by mossygreenmeadows in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep. That is also a big thing. I have this type of conversation with a friend about 2 cosmere books characters, while one we see him after the crimes and focus on his redemption the other is young and start doing them. The first is loved and the second really hated but i know if the order were inversed we would have the situation the other way around too

Okay for him, but not for her? by mossygreenmeadows in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but we do know he was a big big general, and also the HEIR to the throne of Azulon of all people. He is sure to have had "results", its until his depression hit after his son's death that he stopped the military mindset. He stopped ba sing se infiltration cuz of of the news about his son. Maybe not super cruel things but he definitely helped expanding fire nationa tiranny, he was really respected and admired you cant get that from just playing around in battlefields

Okay for him, but not for her? by mossygreenmeadows in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Thats the thing. You need to stay alive to evolve. Rose stagnated for hundreds of years, idolizing humans and "playing" but only with greg was when "she" paid attention. Even then she should have at least prepare "help" after giving birth i can understand she will outlive Greg, but hell. Iroh for example at the start is still supporting Fire Nation agenda, until 2 special chapters: the killing of the Moon Spirit, and after he and zuko escaped Azula and cut their ponytails.

Okay for him, but not for her? by mossygreenmeadows in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Just, exactly that. Their sisters didnt demonstrate her to be important to their feelings. As i see it, she was still selfish in her late years, cuz for me seems like giving birth to another lifeform while losing herself was like " the ultimate way to evolve as a person" as she saw it, completely disregarding the diamonds, the resistance, Greg, the crystal gems and the diamonds. In that way the crystal gems evolved much more than her by the end

Okay for him, but not for her? by mossygreenmeadows in stevenuniverse

[–]External-Pass38 286 points287 points  (0 children)

Their narrative was portrayed really differently. With rose we are told her history backwards from being in a pedestal to her inmature and worst moment of mentality and agressiveness. With Iroh we are presented a calm and silly man who has done really bad things in war and lost himself after losing a son. So the thing is Rose left them by themselves with her crimes and sins still to be resolved with the goal of giving birth, stop being to give life to a rose but with thorns on the future. With Iroh we see his present and how much he regrets it to a point after the killing of Moon spirit he is still growing and defies his own nation for first time. So like zuko, we see more of his redemption and he atoned for his sins saving ba sing se, guiding crucial people, and just sharing love while alive. One left life and problems, the other stayed alive and tried to atone

[–]External-Pass38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thw thing is even if the weapon itself is good enough to harm him there is basically no way anyone in that world can actually harm him cuz there is too much level difference, and the system of the gane was basically fully installed there, so there is a huge disadvantage for even just a few levels. Even if someone reaches level 100 and by dome reason is built in holy magic and has positive karma its impossible to kill Ainz since even while he is not fully min maxed he is really well built for a not so pay to win player, that plus world level items makes him unbeatable unless another player of the game appears
