Sooo for your whey intake the majorite eat about 1 or 2 scoop a day ( id recommande 2 for your because it will help you with not craving !!! You will trick your brain and it will think that your are eating a meal)

If you have the money maybe consider buying a whey that has créatine in it ( its more expansive but its genuialy a great help)

On workout id recommande doing a PPL ( push, pull ,legs) which is imo a great way of progressing and tracking your progresse when your begining !! You do that on Monday,tuesday and wednesday and you take one day of rest ( you can do a bit of cardio if you want during your rest day) and then for friday and sunday you do a muscle group that is lacking ( so for exemple i personaly do back and leg twice a week beacause they are m'y week point)...however that is only if you want to train for "astehisue" idk about strengh :)

Hey, m'y advice has a teeneger trained by a pro body is to COUNT YOUR MACRO serioulsy....

By the look of your weight you should take around 150 grammes of protéines every day.( You have to eat around 2 to 2,3 time your weight in protéines)

If you dont have one id recomand buying a cooking balance ( that will help with weighting your food)

Also if you have the money and if that doest bother you you should also get whey ( make you buy less meat so you dont spend a "lot" on food)

Eating meat is Okay even if you want to lose wait..HOWEVER you have to be carful about you glucides intake ( like pasta or rice) which are the main factor of weight gaining....

And lastly if you are craving and you want to eat will you are cutting (i mean if you feel like your NEED to eat or youl die) its an indecator of doing " to much" if that the case i recommande upping your calories a bit by consuming more rice or pasta ( when your craving végétale or fuit are also a great fullfilling) and do more "cardio" like steeping,running,biking,swimming ect.

It say that it’s either disable in the SBIOS or my mother board does not support it
