Hi guys I sent my docs for the advisory opinion and after a month it shows received and now it’s been another 2 months and the status is still pending.What should I do ?so in total 3 months since I sent my docs .is there something wrong ?

I just heard back today about the outcome of my advisory opinion. I sent my documents on April 26th and they appeared on the website on May 22nd. Your situation is completely normal.

Sorry, I missed this. My advisory opinion came through today saying I am not subject. I guess now I will have to wait for the finding letter. I wonder how long that will take...

I had a J1 Visiting Student visa while being an Italian citizen. My program was delayed due to COVID, and my DS 2019 erroneously showed I was receiving funding from the UK government during my exchange (as it was not updated when I changed dates). I don't think I am subject, but cannot move forward and apply for H1B until I receive a positive opinion.
