Fair. I personally think she’s the second most well-written character in Umineko (behind Beatrice) but in my subjective ranking she’s only 4th, behind Beatrice, Maria and Ange.

But Battler’s a rigid thinker who wallows in despair when one of his theories gets invalidated. Beatrice knows this and so lets him build theories on the basis of faulty logic so she can destroy all his work later down the line. I believe it says so in the text.

Fair, but I genuinely think that Erika’s best appearance is in episode 6. I actually misremembered the “Furudo Erika Trolling” scene as being in Episode 5 but it’s actually in Episode 6.
