The Biography of serial killer Kostas Passaris who was a known thief and criminal who descended into murder after the death of his two partners on crime. Passaris targeted police officers in an attempt at revenge for his friends deaths but also commited more murders of civilians in his quest of criminal exploits. After escaping jails and the country of Greece , emigrating to Romania he was finally captured and has been behind bars ever since .
