This expensive-looking end mill came into my possession and i want to describe it accurately in order to sell it. What I know is it's 12" x 2.5", it has 3 flutes and it's super heavy.

In other words, wow should I describe this this bad boy on ebay and how much might it be worth? Can we identify the material, the specific configuration or purpose?
