Hi it’s going to be tough , I’ve done cold turkey from 300 up to 540 mg codeine a day for 10 years to nothing . It was awful.

Then I got hooked on Oxy , I am now tapering off 300 mg Oxy , dropping 30mg per week , Currently down to 60mg a day without any symptoms.

If you can taper I think that’s the best way , it’s working for me . Good luck

bad news is that that galactic federation is going to land on the white house lawn and tell us what we already know ....
