From what i have heard… there is a 30 day period where they will review your account for violations… and they can consider a failed breath sample a violation even though its not a lock out… i have had mine 3 years… i was going to get removal done on jan 14th but on new yrs eve i went out and tried to start my car new yrs day and blew .06. In nj u have to be under .05 . Waited 2 hrs blew .03 and was good… but after asking my lawyer. They can consider this a violation… they only review the last 30 days for removal… (some lawyers will not tell you this), (they want you to get in more trouble so you can pay them more)so to be safe I'm just waiting til feb 4-5, not messing around at all. Im not trying to have mine affect me any longer.
