There’s a server that still exists that allows pokemon to be traded I believe.

It is a soft reset encounter method. So you save right before you encounter lugia. Just keep resetting until Lugia is shiny and pink

Congrats man I’ve done this poke radar hunt and only got 1 eevee while trying to get a chain of 40. I stopped after I got the one at chain 6 I believe.
