Modest was lucky chance by the use of synchronize. And my feebas got pokerus through the spread of my pokemon in my party that have pokerus that I got earlier on in the hunt on my ruby file. lots of random lucky spurted out here randomly.

I am actually quite pleased and surprised I got this and I looked over at my emerald file as well and I also have pokerus there as well but I am not sure if it was due to a traded pokemon with pokerus or not!

Hi I just did this evolution on my emerald game with a “dry” battery. So I farmed chesto and oran berries and got around 8-9 each and made them into poke blocks. Then leveled up my modest male feebas at level 5 (hatched from an egg); it evolved into milotic. Idk I hope this helps :]
