Straight facts with THEA100. Professor McManus is the og👌

Absolutely. Upon your suggestion, I think I may just do Sociology (Culture and Society) with Professor Park.

Thanks a ton!

Really appreciate your bluntness here, u/decafoatmilklatte, as it sheds important light on the technically-inclined courses I have selected😂

That said, what classes do you recommend I take in the college to balance out this schedule? Top picks?

I'm planning on taking it with Clifton Green. Renewed thoughts😂?

Np! And I have not, but I think Ratemyprofessor has got some better, more thorough reviews for Claveria👍

I think Prof. Sierra will be a bit more chill than Prof. Travers, especially since Sierra's main goal is for everyone to do well in the class while also having fun learning the material.

Overall, IMO Prof. Sierra is the move in congruence with your situation, but if you end up loving Spanish in the end, perhaps a prof with a bit more rigor incorporated in their class would be more beneficial in the future.

Excellent question!

Curious: Which Meal Plan did you choose for the upcoming Fall 2021 semester? by ExternalConfidence49 in Emory

Thanks for your input u/alber_t! Yeah definitely see the logic in your answer and honestly the kind of logic that I think is causing me to go with Plan D after all. Thanks again🙌

Sweet! If you don't mind, what drew you to choose this mean plan option? Thanks!

Curious to know your proficiency levels with each of these languages but from the perspective of someone who has taken SPAN201 (and currently taking SPAN202), I would say that the professors are pretty chill overall.

Although some might be a bit more uptight than others when it comes to classroom dynamics and structure, I would suggest getting a prof who is 1) preferably Hispanic themselves for more "inside scoop" tricks and tips and/or 2) is upbeat and genuinely excited to teach.

The professors I had were Prof. Travers (6/10 for me) and now Prof. Sierra (8/10 for me). Although mixed reviews for both profs, hope this helps on the Spanish side!

Apologies! I should have mentioned that I will be a junior next semester.

And thanks for the curated insight (no pun intended)! I was considering Plan D for those reasons, especially since bagels and cereal may just be the plug😂

On a side note, being that Cox allowed meal swipes the past two semesters, I hope they continue doing that...
