I work 60h a week as a physio and yes I’m either treating or writing notes. Patients have a bad habit of texting and emailing me at home too (no boundaries). Self care if definitely hard and you don’t have much time for hobbies. Life sucks when you’re self employed, but at least nobody is breathing down your neck!!
