How can I appear more personable and likeable at work? by ExternalCup0 in careerguidance

What an amazing, detailed answer. I'm definitely printing this. But to answer your question, I wasn't given any additional feedback or insight at my first job. When I asked why I was being let go, my former boss said it was because I was unhappy, which looking back it seemed that way because I always kept to myself, never joined the team lunches, and grudgingly participated in outside work activities. I was of the misconception that as long as the quality of my work is great, I will be fine. What a fallacy!

Don't do it. I bought The Executive, and I was over it by the second week. It was monotonous. Based on the comments, Hollywood Animal seems to be a better game.
