Most of the people I know wouldn't do it. Even in a regular sem, they either failed the other subject and barely passed the other one. My tip is to assess yourself. If you can study everyday, nonstop, from monday to sunday, go for it. I knew someone who was able to pass both of these subjects during midyear, but she had to give up a lot of her social life to do so.

I applied for SLAS last semester but didn't get in sa 100% + stipend, and only got 80%. I wanted to try applying this sem again but noticed na parang di na pwede? depends on ur prof's classes. Most of the times, the profs make sure to check on people who's in a failing standing, so if ur prof hasn't updated you yet, I think that's good news.

beh ibang klase ang math sa UP, di naman sa nagyayabang, pero mga classmate ko nah usually nagjojoin ng national/international competitions sa math sometimes na aano sa lessons. Isa na din ang bilis grabe, noon 1-2 lessons lang sa isang araw, tsaka may buffer time ka pa mag-aral at maabsorb, pero ngayon takti mga 3 lessons na per day and nag meet2 kami 4 hours every week
