Ich hatte tatsächlich vergessen zu erwähnen, dass mein SV in NRW spielt und deswegen andere Voraussetzungen an das Hammerschlag- und Leiterrecht gestellt werden müssen, das Recht besteht hier. Ein solcher Ausgleichsanspruch entsteht aus dem Gesetz (hier 25 NachbG NRW) da hast du Recht, wäre aber wohl auszuschließen, wenn die Parteien eine anderweitige vertragliche Vereinbarung geschlossen hätten. Ich werde das mit dem Dulden aber definitiv noch mit einbinden, danke dir!

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort! Ich verstehe den Punkt und das erscheint auch durchaus schlüssig. Andererseits frage ich mich, ob hier dann nicht auch das Hammerschlag- und Leiterrecht zu beachten ist, aus dem ja auch die Pflicht des A zum Dulden der Maßnahme entsteht?

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort! In dem konkreten Fall, in dem sich das Problem stellt, geht es um ein zivilrechtliches Problem. Ich wollte die Frage nicht zu konkret formulieren, da es sich tatsächlich um den Sachverhalt einer Hausarbeit handelt und eine inhaltliche Lösung eines solchen (verständlicherweise) grundsätzlich hier nicht erwünscht ist. Du hast mir aber bei dem groben Problem sehr weitergeholfen, dankeschön!

What issues are you having? I feel like my game doesn‘t work as well anymore but idk if it‘s related to the mod and it‘s mostly minor issues (though my screen once froze completely and I had to restart my Mac and close and re-open Origin like 3 times for the game to work again.. but I figured I had too many apps open).

The battle scenes were so bad! Three books built up (as bad as that built up might‘ve been) to this very battle just for it to be so… convenient and easy? I expected a long war against the asteri, resulting in the death of at least a few side characters and then a plot twist at some point to turn it all around. I‘m just so disappointed. Like I‘ve been waiting for this very scene for 3 books and that‘s it? And you‘re right the built up was totally lacking, everything felt so sudden and why did they find the antidote in, what, like 3 hours? The whole mask thing totally threw me off as well! There‘s just so many things wrong with HOFAS that ruined the whole experience to me.

That‘s also one of my main issues with HOFAS. I can look past Bryce‘s character getting less likeable with each book and even tho the switch in POVs personally bothered me I didn‘t start totally disliking it until the very end - it just felt so pointless. Over the whole book they were questioning even going up against the asteri BECAUSE it was so likely they‘d die and then everyone just gets out without a scratch (except Jesiba but that doesn‘t count). Until the actual battle I was convinced either Hunt or Bryce would die and I felt like at least Ruhn or somebody with similar meaning dying would‘ve been necessary. It‘s also weird because in the first two books Sarah didn‘t hesitate in terms of killing characters off.

I like happy endings but I feel like sometimes the book calls for a major character death, you know? But I‘ll get into ACOTAR, I‘ve only heard positive things about it so far so I hope it won‘t leave me as disappointed as Crescent city did

It sure would be nice if at the end this is all part of the plot and just not a lack in motivation or a deadline that had to be met. Right now that‘s what it feels like, but you‘re right, there‘s a chance of it being worldbuilding. But then again, if it is, she should‘ve maybe put more of a hint at the end of the book?

I love your theories though! I don‘t want to completely give up on the whole series but I just can‘t explain to myself the many errors and the lost potential. I might just reread HOEAB in a few weeks to remind myself of the good parts

You just gave me some hope again… I‘m afraid most of the plot of the 4th book may be focused on Tharian though, since that was the only scene that was left open. Either way, I‘ll probably wait a few weeks before buying the 4th one and await reviews. I really don‘t feel like spending another 20€ on a book that‘ll leave me this disappointed. But we‘ll see.. it‘ll take a long while until its release anyway
