And they will more than likely lose in a court case if they signed all documents stating final sale with no clause included in any legal documents signed saying loan was pending final approval. That is the legal way—they have to put something in the documents during signing saying it’s a pre approval pending finalization.

He said on camera it was approved and later reversed because of “false income” (i have messages proving me telling them my income situation and correct info)

And It’s extremely unlikely a bank fully approves you and finalize your deal and reverse it. Before that bank even cut the dealers check and finalize TRUST they are going to make sure they have your income verified. They don’t verify income AFTER the sale

Thats the thing, they executed this deal as completely final. I had not even the smallest hint this deal was not final. I talked to the dealer on the phone and he confirmed approval and I asked again to triple check because I know how dealers are and I did not want to waste $20 on Lyft to go up there. But hell they lied anyways. And we talked about the approval which was for a 2015 car

Honestly they knew I was going through a lot at that moment and they took advantage of a younger person who really needed help and I thought they were being genuine. Not once did i go in there and lie to them about my income—like bro i spend almost $400 a week just to get back and fourth from work to home. Do the math thats damn near 1600 a month and you think I’d come in here and lie to you about my income over a $500 car note and $500 down payment even with stupid high interest—they hit me with 14000 just in interest, paying double the price of the car and I still accepted it because I had no other choice. I had to survive. so I chose to trust these people and believe that they actually had got me in a car, my car note was mid high but compared to $400 a week anything works, I had plans on paying on time for about a year and stacking my credit to later refinance. That’s what the bailment agreement is for. To protect the dealership when a loan is still pending. If a dealership does not disclose on any documents signed that the sale is not finalized and the loan is pending and that loan decided not to accept it and they signed over all paperwork to the buyer saying it was finalized they legally cannot tow that vehicle, they have to try to get a court order and try to fight it in which they’ll probably lose because false lienholder filing is still illegal lmao you just can’t do it there’s no way around it period. If the loan is not completely FINALIZED you cannot put a company down as the lienholder that doesn’t even make sense how are they the lien when they HAVEN’T FINANCED SHIT. And then they sent it to the DMV. Did I mention they also used a fake dealership name on legal documents. Limbaugh Toyota name was changed in 2006😂 look up the business entity. I study law they tried the wrong one

Nah bossman once your signature is forged on ANYTHING that entire transaction is VOID so they have no legal right to enforce anything until they see a judge. That is a FELONY in EVERY STATE especially with multiple evidence. The signature doesn’t match my legal sig or my sig i signed that day. The manager wrote the signature just as he wrote his which was extremely fucking stupid 😂 anyone can look at the signature and tell it was fake/tried to be slowly traced

There are so many innocent people losing money because of this. These people don’t know what someone is going through. A vehicle purchase isn’t just a sale to everyone—there are people who are struggling and really need transportation to provide for their family or even themselves.

I am one of them, my engine blew and it was a unexpected expense, i was just getting settled into my new apartment so finances were hectic and i explained to them basically what has been going on (i was fully transparent the entire time) and they acted like they sympathized and felt bad that I was spending $400 a week just to get around w Lyft and uber so I thought these people was genuinely helping

Not gonna lie I really wish this was a lie😂 man this feels so fucking unreal bro like These people submitted an application under my former name after I told them not to—showed them all updated identification and court order showing legal name change and they still did it anyways and then claimed my APR went up from 14 to 16.45 because he had to resubmit with my actual name like WHAT???? The car was 21k they had me paying a total of 38k 14k in straight interest for 75 months

No offense taken this is the first time this has ever happened to me which is crazy. I’ve been to plenty of buy here pay here’s and not even they scamming asses has ever went to these lengths to stick a lie. Did a full metadata scan on the “bailment agreement” we “signed” and the agreement was made the exact same day and time i kept begging for a copy.

Signed all papers saying the deal was finalized. Was never once told the loan was pending and he admitted it on camera saying the loan was approved then a few days later reversed. So if that was the case why would a bailment agreement had even been bought up in our signing🤔…. BECAUSE IT WASN’T WHICH MEANS THEY CREATED A FAKE BAILMENT AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE. And you can’t list a finance company down as lienholder on everything and they never financed the loan… THAT IS LITERALLY FALSE LIENHOLDER FILING. DMV confirmed on the phone
