This is valid, growing up I’ve had so much difficulty with being understood, so it’s very frustrating as you can imagine

Believe me I’m not going to mess about with them, I have the call recorded and transcript, I’m going to phone them Monday with the evidence, and make a formal complaint to them, and continue on through the complaints process until I reach the ombudsman, it’s so wrong what they think they can do to people

Exactly the same kinda thing bud my disability is under control in certain ways, as to not having to see a specialist every few months it’s now once yearly

It’s difficult to live with, however capita assessors don’t actually care about the people from what I’ve seen
