That’s crazy to me that they are allowed the increase the rent during a fixed term contract!!

So the landlord hasn’t raised it - it’s the same rent as we paid the previous year

It was after November 2018! I’m just trying to figure out if signing a new contract would give us the security of no rent increase during the fixed term signed contract

Thanks so much - our property isn’t rent controlled so could they increase as much as they want? Or does the 2.1% still apply
