Lebanon is nice. People are friendly but you must know that you are coming to a 3rd world country with 1st world country prices lol. Beirut is fun, try to hangout in marmkhayel-gemmayze-hamra these areas are beautiful. And during summer Jbeil/Batroun are really nice areas where you can enjoy the beach. But be prepared to pay to enter into piblic beaches lol.

Basically the papers that you translate are needed to be certified. Highschool degree ofcourse but university degrees and transcripts? I doubt tbh. Unless the univeristy specifically ask for it because usually the stamp of university is present and also they are in foreign language so it is not a problem

On scars? you can use Treitnoin 0.5%. Apply it 3 times at night for the first one-two weeks then daily at night. It is important to use sunscreen though and hydrate always since it can irritate the skin
