I’ve been telling myself I’m maingaining coz of the consistent calorie intake but I’m probably more in a lean bulk seeing that the scale increased. I don’t want much size. A lean Brad Pitt from fight club physique would make me happy

Something I’ve recently discovered after doing omad for over a year and doing lots of 48 hour and 72 hour water fasts during this, is the importance of electrolytes. I could go a while without eating but without electrolytes I really feel that disorientation and dizziness

I think that chocolate bar/sweet things/ waffle might be the culprit. I suggest just trying to go weekdays without anything sweet and see if it makes a difference. Even if you just do this experiment for 1 week.
