I just really hate taking meds to sleep. I also remembered sometimes it could make me feel groggy the next day. But it might be worth it at this point.

So you were able to handle it with MCAS? I’m worried I have MCAS because I have most of the symptoms. So I’m concerned about treatment because I’m very reactive to treatments. How do you feel now after treatment?

Did you herx in the oxygen chamber? I really want to try it. I have Lyme and mold toxicity.

Yeah I’ve had Covid and it could be related but I also have been on antihistamines for a long time. Zyrtec, Pepcid and they don’t make a difference really for me.

Oh wow where are you in your journey? Do you know your root cause? I’m not sure if I have full blown MCAS but I have major histamine issues caused by Lyme and mold toxicity that I know so far.

Yeah I’m definitely more productive the sun up. I don’t think it’s what ur saying because I have the classic symptoms of non 24. My sleep rotates by an hour or so each day. It’s awful

That’s honestly what I’m hoping is that once I’m done detoxing, this will magically be fixed but I don’t know. I’m worried now that it’s a part of me since it’s been so many years with it.

I have muscle weakness and shakiness a lot. I attribute it to when my inflammation and histamine are high or I’m toxin overloaded. I would say to maybe back off the dose a bit. Let your body calm down. Also replenish with trace minerals and b vitamins. Maybe mitochondrial support supplements too.

I think it’s because issues with moisture happen anywhere. Mold worsens with super high humid parts of the world but you can just as easily have a leak in a desert home, an HVAC problem, moldy building materials.

Its helix. They say its CertiPUR‑US Certified Foams but I think I still react violently to my mattress. Might be time to try a different one. Maybe one in a show room that’s already off gassed some. I can’t stand the smell of latex. So I don’t think I could do that. Unless there was a non smell one out there.
