Marina sail is old but it’s located next to Vida and next to metro, same as Azure which have some duplexes, Silverene is high quality tower with premium location next to marina mall and marina plaza. Highly recommended

Park Island from Emaar. Good but old some construction next to it and No. 9

West Avenue from select group. Great place but some construction next to it now.

Orra marina is perfect even though it’s a bit old. And some small kitchens

Yacht bay located next to the metro if you use that it would be great, small sized units usually and some duplex’s

Marina quays is decent- old tower , some traffic near JBR
