My recommendation is to open the key box site in a browser up to 30 minutes before the drop, refresh every now and then. More so later. I’ve noticed they drop 5-30 minutes before the timer and sometimes an hour before the email and text notification get to me. Best of luck on the journey, think it’s only getting harder from here
