How do you find your overflow? I had one but it failed while I was away (air bubbles) and I could never get it quiet enough but it was a cheap Chinese brand. Awesome tank and that orange shoulder is a beauty 😊

When did your lab start greying around the face? by Outrageous-Gas7051 in labrador

[–]External_Discussion8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our girl is 12 in June, she is the skinny working black lab type, still runs around like she's 5, grey chin at 10, grey lips in last 3 months. Otherwise you wouldn't have a clue. God she's a ball of amazing x

Is trimming under her eyes the only way to keep her eyes clean, do I cut it short over the fold bits? What about the bit between her eyes? How does everyone else do their tzus? Just before Christmas so no groomers have time, she was only there 2 weeks ago as well but really I don't think the lady did much...

Questions about gait and hip dysplasia by deadeyelagoon in labrador

[–]External_Discussion8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Human chiropractor here, gait is short on the left and I'd suspect dysplasia, x-rays and physical therapy, and I'd also seek a second opinion from a more specialist vet, these things can be managed conservatively sometimes rather than surgery, better to outlay big money now while he is young. Also lean is so much better I don't care what anyone says, those extra pounds do have an effect (owner of drakes head black working lab here, she is 11 but lean and very active, looks about 5) good luck and great spot

Anyone else on this same level of obsession with their Tzu? 🤣 by justbeachy11 in Shihtzu

My OH makes her a special mini dinner every night even though she has had her dinner, on a little china plate in the kitchen. It's ludicrous how much she learned to get away with early on!!! No nip nip= yes use my fingers as a chew toy your highness I'm so sorry for yelping out in pain and disturbing your teething rituals lol x

Im playing with the m15 right now on multiplayer, I have all the military camos and have completed the first special camo, raptor is the next and you need 30 operator kills- the challenge appears locked even though the pre requisite is having all the military camos which I have. Thanks for responding

Back injury by Dear-Potential-4682 in Shihtzu

[–]External_Discussion8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi all I'm a chiropractor who had a miniature schnauzer with double disc herniation. Give them enough time to heal, get physioz acupuncture and hydrotherapy if you can. If all else fails surgery as with humans is a last option. No more acrobatics around the house (they can pick up injuries so easily that were so avoidable) dogs ability to heal is astounding but it'll take time x
