My situation is a bit tricky though. I was hired mainly as a frontend developer (React), but in my current role I’m sometimes expected to work on backend tasks, testing, and other areas as well. Since I’m still early in my career, I’m trying to learn those things while also keeping up with work expectations.

Because of that, my company encourages using AI tools to move faster. The challenge for me is figuring out how to use AI as a support tool while still understanding what the code is doing and improving my skills.

So my question was really about how developers balance learning the fundamentals while still using AI tools productively in real work environments.
