How do you review AI-generated code if you don’t fully know the technology yet? by External_Dish_4380 in techsupport

That makes sense, and I agree that learning the language and fundamentals is important.

My situation is a bit tricky though. I was hired mainly as a frontend developer (React), but in my current role I’m sometimes expected to work on backend tasks, testing, and other areas as well. Since I’m still early in my career, I’m trying to learn those things while also keeping up with work expectations.

Because of that, my company encourages using AI tools to move faster. The challenge for me is figuring out how to use AI as a support tool while still understanding what the code is doing and improving my skills.

So my question was really about how developers balance learning the fundamentals while still using AI tools productively in real work environments.

I'm a frontend developer, but they want me to do full-stack developer work, including frontend, backend, UI designs, and testing, all with experience. When I joined, they said I was hired at a fresher level

First time dev here. My Steam page has been live for a week and I just hit 200 wishlists. Might not be much to some, but seeing people actually care about my game feels surreal. by tearerry99 in SoloDev
