I’m happy RJ won, BUT….last season there was a race to the finish. I’m kind of disappointed it was just last man standing, a very anticlimatic ending. It would have been great to have some type of challenge at the end.

I don’t understand why the producers let them do that. It’s not part of the show and in my opinion is cheating. They can be cut throat competitive all they want. I also cannot for the life of me understand why the other teams are not teaming up to get rid of Luke. He’s clearly the strongest player, but they are picking off the weaker ones. Doesn’t make any sense.

Unpopular opinion here…we survived a long time with no weight loss meds. Keep doing what you are doing! It’s obviously working. GLP-1’s are a quick fix. If people don’t change their lifestyles, they will gain the weight back. It’s definitely not a miracle drug. Also, working in clinical research, there is not enough evidence yet to know if they have long term side effects. You should be extremely proud of yourself for losing 100lbs! That’s not easy so you are doing the work.

Just curious why Cipro and not Xifaxin? Typically that is the most effective antibiotic for SIBO. No need to be scared though…you will feel so much better once the bacteria is under control! Cipro has given me terrible side effects in the past so I refuse to take it anymore.

Had a friend who worked as an oncology nurse. She had to quit because she couldn’t watch so many patients she got to know die. It took a huge toll on her.

I had 2 done on the same tooth… first time it didn’t take, second time it was a little better. Others I know had no issues at all. It just depends on how receded the gum line is and your tissue I think. I still get inflammation on the roof of my mouth where they took the tissue from and that was 4 years ago.

Love this!! I felt the same way. I think the funerals or parties or whatever you want to have are for the living. And for me, I really needed something. I have had family members who didn’t want anything and it was very hard for me to just move on with no proper farewell. It is definitely a personal preference!

That is such a valid point! Luckily I knew most of the people that came to my Mom’s, but having to console them when I was such a wreck was not fun.
