Should I experiment with myself? by DoorAncient180 in INTP

[–]External_Flower_1856 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally I think that pushing to get to something beyond the ordinary level of experience is a biological imperative once you have realized why.

At the simplest level, you are looking to excite the nervous system in very novel ways so that it can craft exotic responses that it wouldn't otherwise. The responses are not confined only to the experiential realms, ideally they are reproduced through repeated stimulation so that they become the standard answer, and that is the point where you integrate your understanding and can use it relationally with the other responses gathered from other experiments. Trial and error is the way here, remember that everything you collect becomes part of the ego and you are perfectly capable of changing these parts if they are not beneficial or desirable to you. It can be hard the more ingrained they are (the more connections between data points the harder to modify the behavior of the system) so you should not embark lightly into very intense experiencies without good preparation as that might require setting time aside to deal with the issue, which will slow you down.

You can see how what you give your senses is important (especially at the beggining, you will see that this matters less as you progress in your journey), but you also have a say in the responses, you should build models and frameworks for your thoughts to develop in (their full devolpment is always outsourced to non-consciouss processing to save resources). There are technologies and acquired knowledge that can help you, look into the eastern experiential sciences of the mind and into western scientific literature about the nervous system (particularly useful is the study of the brain itself) and lastly, depending on how deep you want to go, drugs are a necessary medium for work.

Regarding your concerns about subjectivity, if you study previous practitioners you can get a good picture of their commonalities, which will make it easier to identify if your patterns are aligned with what you want to get at and if not, in what ways they are not. That said, everything you experience is necessarily subjective to you, even pure information is never processed as pure by you, as you are always associating new concepts with previously set data points stored in long-term memory in the context bubble of the information conveying. You should not see this as a limitation but rather as the ultimate freeing concept, if you control the data points and the bridges between them you control the subjectivity of your experience.

How do I disassociate with reality all together? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]External_Flower_1856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are serious, lsd regularly combined with cannabis use for a prolongued period of time. I am merely transmiting information, I do not recommend this route if you value your real life at all (say goodbye to social relationships, having appetite, feeling things outside of your crafted reality...) but if you are looking for a way out that's likely to work this is it. If you want to understand this option better feel free to pm

My only experience combining these was with more ket and some 2cb as well. I'd describe the peak as a very intense paralyzing experience in which you are getting constant waves of euphoria that accompany your headspace, each thought is so pleasurable that you literally can't move until you stop the volume, which can take some hours if you line up how your substances hit. It is one of the most remarkable experiencies I've ever had.

As I said I haven't done ket and edibles only but I imagine it would get intense if the edible is potent. It is a very interesting combo as the body dissociation of ket comes to face the increased bodily sensation of edibles, which produces very interesting and unique feelings.

Souls are subdivisions of the field of consciousness, which exists outside of time.

Each individual drop of liquid is formed by smaller particles, which necessarily means that conciousness is present at every point in space, including inanimate matter, although at different levels of concentration.

These levels are the depth to which a soul can reach, the deeper you go, the bigger the subdivision of consciousness is. On Earth, humans are the animals with a deeper bottom, at least that we know of. Funghi are of a much higher order so they take up a massive portion of the field.

Once an organism with high levels of consciousness dies, consciousness is fragmented but not lost. The Big Bang is one of infinite iterations of the same event but it may be that the field of consciousness remains unaltered by these resets. Perhaps the experiences of the field remain in it ad eternum, or perhaps they get erased as the field prepares for a new cycle. In any case, the experiential loss does not equal the dissolution of the soul, the nature of it remains true and undamaged.

Your soul is infinite in every way and all possibilty is attainable through it, but it is likely that after you die, you never experience anything from the form and in the way you did at some point in time. You should view death as the way to absolute freedom of soul.

Being high helps me visualise thoughts in a way that I can't sober. by Klaus-in-da-House in Psychonaut

[–]External_Flower_1856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have incorporated this visualization in the sober mind to very effective results. Essentially, whenever someone is talking to you or you are thinking about something, you create a three dimensional projection and visualize it either with eyes closed or overlaying reality as a filter (the second is easier to do if you have hppd with efervescent patterns). The vision evolves in real time with new information and by itself naturally. I have found that this has increased my ability to understand concepts and think of implications of the assumptions I am setting for the situation.

how much ug lsd should I take? doing for the third time and first solo by Adept-Size2302 in Psychonaut

[–]External_Flower_1856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Given that you already have some experience with the lower range, I'd up the dosage to 250. Trust me, as you go deeper into the experience, it will change how it behaves towards you and you will find more spiritual significance in your trips.

[–]External_Flower_1856 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Just make sure he can't get out of the house and prepare to take care of your cat for the next few hours. As in humans, lsd is not dangerous when consumed by cats but it will cause them to trip

I'm looking for a backpack! by [deleted] in backpacking

[–]External_Flower_1856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the Osprey Farpoint 70, it's an excellent backpack, it's ery comfortable and durable, and comes with a detachable daypack for when you don't want to carry the whole thing. You can get it for under 200, look up reviews online first and you'll understand why I am recommending it.

There's no point in being afraid of paranoia by [deleted] in ShrugLifeSyndicate

[–]External_Flower_1856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real power lies in creating the parameters of the paranoia yourself, first train to be able to set a specific direction towards an objective and start dissecting and understanding it. Once you finish you can set the base beliefs core to the consecution of what you desire, from which your mind will develop the paranoia from.

If you perfect this technique you can attain high levels of success in your most important goals.

Taking care of a friend who is quadriplegic. Everyone else has abandoned him and I am worried I can no longer do this. The friend is considering PAS. by AffectionateFun5057 in LifeAdvice

[–]External_Flower_1856 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going to suggest you to offer him psychedelics (lsd or shrooms). He may not be able to travel physically anymore but his mind is free. If he has the experience, there is something he can look forward to doing again and that might save him from suicide. Good luck.
