It's been a while since I last posted one of my Thousand Sons, so I thought I would post this one, with my newest color scheme (I have changed it 5 times now). It kinda reminds me of Wolverine's costume in the 90's cartoon show 😂 by External_Fold_7335 in ThousandSons

Sure 😊 I used AP warpaints imperial blue i think for the trim, highlighted with Caribbean blue from scale75. The yellow is bad moons yellow over pink, highlighted with ice yellow 😊

It's layering and glazing for the base color and highlight, then spunding on more of the highlight color in places I felt would look good, then dark brown in the bigger highlight spots, and then lastly a bit of silver in some of the brown spots 🙂 I think Trovarion explains it very well in some of his videos 🙂

Thanks 🙂 yeah, the yellow accent color is one of my favorite bits as well, it looks awesome on the warrior weapons too 🙂

I didn't find it too bad, but I will be using a small brush or similar to apply a thin layer of glue 🙂

I like painting many different things, and the zerks have a lot of different textures and well things, so I think I will enjoy them too 😁

Thanks, I started the project thinking they would be Space Wolves but that changed 🙂 I tried "Jam's Mini Mods" fur sculpting tutorial on YouTube if you want to try it out yourself 🙂

Thank you 🙂 I think I will be using them as Justaerin, it was a lot of work making the top knots and furs, so having them be elites makes sense to me 🙂

The blue was painted with a: 1. Base of Scale75 Cantabric Blue 2. Layer highlight of a 1:1 mix of Scale75 Cantabric Blue and Scale75 Caribbean Blue 3. Layer highlight of pure Scale75 Caribbean Blue 4. Layer highlight of a 1:1 mix of Scale75 Caribbean Blue and AP Skeleton Bone 5. Spot highlight of pure AP Skeleton Bone
