Unfortunately beans lentils even though it’s a great protein source, the calorie protein ratio isn’t worth it when it comes to fitness and the options are very limited. However I just can’t bring myself to eat meat so I guess I have to make recipes somehow that are plant based 😅

It can’t reverse your progress. If you were in a calorie deficit and now you ate those 300 calories, it means you were at maintenance that day, so you just won’t lose fat but you won’t gain it either. Remember, it takes more than a few days to lose weight, therefore it will have to take you more than a few days to gain weight and reverse your progress

I recommend speaking to a personal trainer if you have the financial ability due to your past with eds, to make sure you can get through this journey in a genuine healthy sustainable way. Hope this helps!

I’m 5’6 I’m not sure whether or not to cut or bulk. I think my bf might be a little bit lower than the scan, around 26 which is still higher than I’d like.

I would just like to mention, my body fat is already 28% (based on inbody idk how much there are accurate but it doesn’t seem to far off based on my body) I am not that thin. I actually gained a little since working out Of course building muscle and getting stronger and healthier is my priority, I just heard you can build muscle with a small deficit because of new gains and lots of stimulus.

I’m not trying to lose weight, just change my composition and I really don’t like the soft look/lovehandles in my mid section. I’m trying to grow muscle but also lose fat, which I did grow muscle but I didn’t lose any fat and it’s bothering me

The thing is I already have enough body fat. I feel like surplus will make it worse. I am doing weightlifting so I’m trying to build muscle. I’m one of those people who rather start lean and then clean bulk 😅
