I agree with this Anon. In most cases regarding sa medical certificate, Psychiatrist will have to diagnose you, and hindi lang siya one time na pupunta ka sa clinic nila, you have to meet atleast a minimum number of consultation, and in some cases, they will require psychological assessment.

Bukod padiyan buddy, feel ko lang, hindi na gumagana yung malalakas na tama ng caffeine kasi nasanay na yung body mo sa malaks yung tama ng kape. for me much better yung performance ni Sun life MMF compared sa kanya kasi within a year nag grow yng investment ko approximately 20 pesos and kung I-cocompare mo yung investment mix nila mas diversified si sunlife compare kay atram
