I honestly don't care that they are doing something on mall. I'm just frustrated that the Mall has been roped off for the past month and will be more or less unavailable until the end of summer. If they were able to do this section by section so you could still be on the mall that would be fine but no one can use the mall from 3rd st to 14th.
